Product Description

SY-255 neutral silicone sealant is a kind of single -component, neutral curing, high adhesion sealant.

         

Basic functions

SY255 neutral silicone sealant is specially designed for structural bonding in curtain walls of buildings. Structuredness application includes assemble between glass and metal materials assembled in factory or construction site. After complete curing, it can form a durable and flexible water proof layer that can bear structural strength.

Applied range                

1. The installation of various types of doors and windows and caulking seal;

2. Edge seams for sealing and other types of construction and industrial sealing;

3. For metal binding and metal structural engineering sealing seal;

4. For most materials sealing seal.           

Restrictions on Use

SY-255 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:

1. All the materials that leaking oil, plasticizers or solvents, some of the unvulcanized or partially vulcanized rubber and,etc;

2. Airtight site(Silicone sealant need moisture in the air to be solidified);

3.Long-term water immersion, all year round humid environment, frost or wet surfaces;

4. Painted surfaces,may as a result of seal failure of cracking or peeling paint;

5. Frost or wet surfaces; 

6. The surface of direct contact with food;

7. Easily suffer mechanical clash

Handling Precautions

This paper doesn't include MSDS for product. It should be notified:

1. Not contact sealant with food or cosmetics;

2. Not contact skin for long time about uncured sealant;

3. Rinse eyes with large quantities of water and seek medical check if sealant drops into eyes.

4. Not put sealant out of children

Maintenance

Generally there needs no repairing.lf impaired in sealing joints,clean with proper solvent and repair with our products that can adhere well.
