PRODUCT FEATURES

One component, room temperature cure, neutral, easy to apply.Outstanding weatherproofing ability, more than ten years of service life. Virtually unaffected by ultraviolet ray, ozone, rain, hailstone and temperature extremes(-50~100°C).Excellent adhesion to most building materials, without a need for priming.Medium or low modulus, optimum tensile-compression recoverability. The Cured sealant maintains excellent elasticity and not become hardened or broken up over the temperature range of (-50~100°C).Be compatible with all kinds of silicone structural sealant and neutral silicone sealant.

PRODUCT PURPOSES

Primarily use for sealing dislocated or butted joints the nonstructural glass glazing curtain walls.

APPLICATION

Clean with solvents such as toluene or acetone to keep the substrate surface flat and dry.For better appearance, cover outside areas of joint with masking tape before application.Cut Nozzle to desired size and extrude sealant to joint areas.Tool immediately after sealant application and remove masking tape before sealant skins.

LIMITATIONS

Do not use as structural sealant.Do not use in joints which need to be buried underground or immersed in water for long time.Do not use to greasy surfaces building materials.Do not use in close areas insulating air.

Packed in standard plastic cartridge with net volume of 305ml.Color: white, black, grey, brown, green, etc.Stored in dry and cool places, the shelf life is 9 months.
