Product description

SY-125 Silicone sealant (big board, special for aquarium) is a kind of single-component and acidic cold-curing organosilyl flexible sealant. it is solidified by the reaction with moisture in the air to form the excellent durable high-modulus and high-flexibility silicone rubber body.Without the need of primer, 

Basic functions

It is used to make big board glass plate and point type glass curtain walls; daylighting ceiling and suspended glass system; and other glazing works, such as aquariums, fish tanks, showcase, etc.

Restrictions on Use

SY-125 is not fit for structural usage. It should NOT be applied in the following conditions:

1. All the materials that leaking oil, plasticizers or solvents, some of the unvulcanized or partially vulcanized rubber and,etc;

2. Airtight site(Silicone sealant need moisture in the air to be solidified);

3.Long-term water immersion, all year round humid environment, frost or wet surfaces;

4. Painted surfaces,may as a result of seal failure of cracking or peeling paint;

5. Frost or wet surfaces; 

6. The surface of direct contact with food;

7. Easily suffer mechanical clash

Storage and Expiration date

9 months shelf life if stored below 27°C in cool, dry places after the date of production.

Handling Precautions

This paper doesn't include MSDS for product. It should be notified:

1. Not contact sealant with food or cosmetics;

2. Not contact skin for long time about uncured sealant;

3. Rinse eyes with large quantities of water and seek medical check if sealant drops into eyes.

4. Not put sealant out of children

Maintenance

Generally there needs no repairing.lf impaired in sealing joints,clean with proper solvent and repair with our products that can adhere well.
